Wang Bo, the head teacher of Class 1502 of Agronomy, began his guiding road since he taught in the university in 2006. Over the past ten years, Wang Bo has become more and more solid on the way of class teacher. "The style of study is the temperament and soul of a university." Wang Bo said that the formation of a good style of study played a vital role in the development of the class, so he always regards the construction of the style of study as the top priority of the class.
Like a guide: closing to student work
As far as Wang Bo be concerned, love is the origin of education. He believes that a child is alike a seed. And what he need to do is to provide the seed with the environment it needs and to make it free. For his role, he said frankly, "I didn't think about what kind of class teacher I would be. I just wanted to be the guide of the students."
Like a ferryman: focusing on the needs of students
When he first came into Class 1502 of Agronomy, he made an appointment with his students as a "milk tea time". Each time, several students went to "Classroom 7" to chat with him. He said, "Face-to-face conversation is the most truthful way to get to know each of the students." Through these efforts, he had a better understanding of his students that provided a lot of convenience for his work. He also impressed the students with kindness and thoughtfulness.
Like a poet: making life to be a poem
Hu Yingzhe, who followed him in his graduation project, said: "Mr. Wang is a person who has turned his life into poetry." If we open Wang Bo’s WeChat Moments and QZone, we will see the changes of life and seasons he has recorded.
During his one-year visit to the United States, Wang Bo thought a lot about education and major. He also wanted to pass on his love of science and education to his students, so before returning to China, he submit an application to the college for the post of class teacher.
Wang Bo's ideas are unique. He is like a lamp that illuminates the way for his students and encourages them to walk fearlessly to the future.
